Blindfold Challenge Details

The Vision 5K is a fast course in a great location: Boston College, 140 Commonwealth Avenue. All runners and walkers are welcome, with or without blindfolds.

Open to anyone

Blindfold Challenge participants run or walk on race day wearing a blindfold and with the aid of a sighted guide who has been matched with you based on your running/walking pace.

Videos of the Challenge

See how great this event is: watch videos about the Blindfold Challenge on our YouTube page , or see video coverage of the event here and here.

We'll show you the ropes

Pre-register for the race, and attend one or two fun, one-hour training sessions in April – May 2009. You'll learn from past participants, blind athletes, and experienced guides.

Make a difference

All Blindfold Challenge participants commit to fundraise a minimum of $1,500 to benefit critical programs for the blind and visually impaired.

Special thanks

Receive a distinctive Vision 5K gift bag and special recognition on race day.
