The Run
The Vision 5K is like no other race you’ve ever seen. Come be a part of the one of the most unique sporting events in Boston’s history.
To register for the run online, click on the Register link above to be taken to our easy, secure online registration page. Or, download and print this PDF registration form and mail it to the address specified on the form.
You don't have to wear a blindfold to run in the Vision 5K. But if you want to see the world in a new way, take our Blindfold Challenge or our CEO Challenge.
Each year, elite blind runners from around the world join the field at the Vision 5K. For 2008, the Vision 5K has once again been designated as the US National Championship for the blind and visually impaired.
Whether blindfolded or not, everyone who runs the Vision 5K shows his or her solidarity with the blind and visually impaired. In addition, we welcome your support if you choose to raise funds to aid one or all of the organizing charities. All proceeds benefit:
- Carroll Center for the Blind
- MAB Community Services
- National Braille Press
- New England Eye Institute
- Perkins School for the Blind
You may raise funds individually or ask family and friends to join you as part of a team. Learn more about fundraising when you register with Active.com using the link above. For more information, send an email to contact@vision5k.org.
